A propos du film :

Ce documentaire retrace les derniers jours de la vie du musicien Sôta Masuda. Très talentueux, il remporte un concours musical à l’âge de 17 ans. Mais tout s’écroule lorsque les membres de son groupe entrent à l’université. Il déménage à Tôkyô et plonge rapidement dans la drogue pour tromper son mal-être. Après avoir frôlé la mort, il retourne dans sa ville natale. Ses amis sont prêts à reprendre la musique, mais juste pour s’amuser. Masuda rêve de professionnalisme et s’éloigne, peu à peu, de ses proches. Ses fans également semblent être moins nombreux. Suivi par une caméra pour un documentaire, Masuda met fin à ses jours avant que le tournage ne se termine.
