A propos du film :

So-young, est une dame âgée qui, faute d’une retraite suffisante, doit arrondir ses fins de mois en devenant une “Bacchus Lady”, terme élégant pour désigner une prostituée. Ses clients se font rares. Ses habitués prennent de l’âge, comme elle, et sont confrontés à d’autres problèmes liés à la sénescence (cancer, maladie d’Alzheimer, sentiment de profonde solitude…). Ses conditions de travail devenues difficiles, mais aussi sa rencontre avec une vielle amie, et l’irruption inattendue d’un petit garçon dans sa vie – un Philippin dont la mère effectue un court séjour en maison d’arrêt – vont l’obliger à réfléchir à son avenir et à certaines options professionnelles qui s’offrent à elle.
