On assiste aux malheurs de Patrick, un junkie de petite taille. Il tente désespérément de décrocher de la drogue, depuis qu’il sait qu’il va devenir père. Pris à la gorge par ses dealers, à qui il doit beaucoup d’argent, il accepte un ultime boulot : Voler Gaëtan, un psychopathe qui se prend pour Geppetto… Gaëtan est un homme répugnant, qui a passé la moitié de sa vie en prison pour de sordides histoires de mœurs. Pour espérer parvenir à ses fins, Patrick doit se déguiser en Pinocchio, et se faire passer pour son fils. Mais, rien ne se passe comme prévu.
