A propos du film :

Dans les années 60, Jack Ruby est le patron de la discothèque, le "Carrousel Club". Il fut un temps où cet homme était étroitement lié à la mafia, et aujourd'hui, il est devenu un indicateur crucial pour le FBI. Néanmoins, une altercation se produit dans son bar et Ruby assassine un truand pour protéger un membre de la pègre. Quelques mois plus tard, ce dernier réitère son acte sur Lee Harvey Oswald, assassin présumé de Kennedy. Connaissant ses antécédents, la police enquête pour savoir qui de la mafia ou des services secrets a commandité ce meurtre.
