Porky Pig, policier de son état, est en train de faire sa ronde pendant une nuit d'hiver lorsqu'il surprend Daffy Duck dormant sur un banc d'un parc. Le policier le réveille sans ménagement et après l'avoir surpris en train d'essayer de dormir tour à tour dans une boîte aux lettres, dans le haut d'un arbre et dans le terrier d'un taupe, l'expulse du parc. Daffy Duck trouve finalement refuge dans la vitrine d'un grand magasin mais il est surpris par Porky. Une poursuite s'engage alors dans le magasin entre le policier et le canard...
